  • How soon can I start?

    As soon as you register and purchase your package, log in to schedule your first session!

    Session appointments are available Monday through Friday between 7:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. CST.

  • What all is included?

    *Time management assessment and action plan based on your strengths, pain points, and schedule

    *Accountability

    *Recording of each session so you can review as often as you'd like (If you don't want sessions recorded, no problem.)

    *Three private coaching sessions per month, scheduled on the date and time of your choosing.

  • Will there be other people on the coaching calls?

    No. It will be just you and your coach, Helene Segura.

  • How long is each coaching session?

    One session is one hour. The other two sessions are 30 minutes each. Communication takes place via phone or Zoom.

  • How long do I have to complete this package?

Since 2006, in both her individual consulting and trainings, she's used all of those skills to teach audiences how to pin-point their barriers to personal efficiency and implement changes that will save their sanity – and save the companies for which they work a great deal of money.
